Explore the realm of Social Entrepreneurship and discover how social enterprises can be a positive force through our fully-funded, interactive workshops designed for KS4/5 students – Young Impact Makers. With successful delivery to 13500 young people and positive feedback, these ‘Intro to Social Entrepreneurship’ sessions aim to inspire and educate.

The programme seeks to demonstrate to young individuals that a career in the social enterprise sector can be both rewarding and valuable for those aspiring to drive social change in their communities or globally.

About Young Impact Makers Programme

During these one-hour, one-time sessions, participants will gain insights into the functions of social enterprises, understanding the distinctions between them and traditional businesses or charities. The sessions will cover the diverse forms social enterprises can take, along with a contextual overview of the sector’s growth. Engaging in a lively, interactive exercise, attendees will explore real-life examples of successful social enterprises. The session concludes with a stimulating challenge, encouraging students to generate their own ideas for a social enterprise.

Young Impact Makers is open to all KS4 & 5 students in the Bradford District.
